Amnesia needs to be grown in a warm, Mediterranean-like climate. Controlling humidity levels is vital to preventing mold growth. One of the best things about Amnesia is that it is particularly resilient to both mold and pests. You still want to keep an eye on the environment and ensure that it has proper ventilation.
