At Growers Choice Seeds, your satisfaction and the success of your plant are our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund.

Before returning your order, please ensure to read and comply fully with the Return Policy below. We are under no obligation to accept a return or provide a refund if these terms are not followed.

Returning Your Order

Growers Choice Seeds accepts returns for up to thirty (30) days after you have received your order.

You must contact us to let us know you wish to submit a return in order to begin the return process. Do not return the products until you have received our confirmation of your return. We will provide you with a specific mailing address dedicated specifically for returns. PLEASE DO NOT return products to any other office addresses listed on the website.

Growers Choice Seeds will not issue a refund for any products returned to us without prior confirmation.

We strongly recommend shipping your return with tracking so you can ensure their safe delivery. We accept no responsibility for items lost during transit or prior to receipt by our warehouse.

Refunds

Once our shipping warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund for your order in the same method in which the original payment was made.

Credit Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. And we appreciate your patience while your refund is processed.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged Products

If you receive damaged seeds, don’t worry! You do not need to return the damaged product. Simply get in touch with us and let us know of the issue, and we will send you replacement seeds right away at no additional cost.
